Finishing the Impression
What do you know? What can you do?
Practicing living history is more than uniforms and gear. It’s knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Our most important missions are honoring the veterans of the Second World War and educating the public. If we limit our understanding of the Army in the 1940’s to how we look, we will always fall short.
All the knowledge and skills we need are within our reach, but we have to know where to look. Reenactor Pro can be your access to the resources you need to grow as an interpreter of living history.
Reenactor Pro provides:
- A resource library of annotated field manuals and period documentation
- Lessons and programmed training in the critical skills that were essential for combat soldiers and leaders in WWII
- A quarterly journal of articles and discussions of topics too often ignored in the hobby, provided by members and dedicated reenactors
- Personal help in finding, using, and understanding the wealth of resources available to living historians.
Reenactor Pro isn’t for everyone. But if you want to expand your knowledge and skills and be a “professional” living historian, it may be for you.
