NOTE: you must be a member of ReenactorPro to submit an article. You can join free or be a sponsoring member. There is NO requirement to be a sponsoring member to get published, however. As a published author in General Orders, you will get a copy of that quarterly publication without charge. Join here.
If your topic is suitable for General Orders and you seem to have a good grasp of the subject, the Editorial Board will ask for a draft manuscript. There will be some rare occasions when a submission will not be accepted. For example: an article may already be in the works on the same topic. In which case, the Editorial Board will let you know the reason why at this time your submitted topic is not being accepted. If accepted, you will be assigned an editor who will provide you the requirements for the article (e.g. article should be no more than 2500-3000 words in MS Word) and work with you to resolve any problems with the submission of your article.
